The Art Den
The Art Den is a creative arts community that encourages personal growth and emotional change through artistic expression and supportive relationships.
We believe in the inherent healing power of the creative process,
regardless of artistic skill. It can help people to gain new
understandings and effect transformation as they express their ideas and
feelings through art and poetry, music and conversation.
The Art Den is a group that meets weekly in a Portsmouth Art Studio.
